• In recognition of his outstanding contribution to the development of niobium science and technology in China’s
automobile and transportation sectors, Mr. Marcos Stuart,
the foreign expert of CITIC Metal, won the 2019 Chinese
Government Friendship Award and received by national
leaders and leaders of CITIC Group.

Community Affairs & Charitable Events
• In May 2023, CITIC Metal went to CITIC Hope Primary School to participate in the “Donated Materials and Fund Transfer Activity” and donated teaching equipment, clothing, textbooks, etc. from company employees to the school, teachers and students. We have also leveled Hope Primary School’s playground and provided long-term assistance in pairs to some students from disadvantaged families.
• CITIC Metal had funded the construction of 4 “Hope Schools” in Shanxi, Yunan, Xizang and Henan provinces, contributing the development of fundamental education in the poor regions of China
